How to order
- Create an account and log in — you will see wholesale prices.
- Add products to the cart in full boxes and send the order. It is a request — no payment online.
- We reply within 3 working days with a quotation: availability, final amount, lead time. The quotation is valid for 7 days.
- Confirm and pay — 100% prepayment by bank transfer in EUR.
- Your carrier collects the goods at our warehouse in Chișinău (FCA). We hand over the invoice, packing list and CMR.
FAQ
Who pays VAT?
Our export invoice is issued with 0% VAT. Import VAT and any import duties are paid by the buyer in the country of destination.
Do you deliver to my country?
We ship FCA Chișinău: the goods are handed over to your carrier or forwarder at our warehouse. We do not arrange transport.
What is the minimum order?
5,000 € per order, in full boxes.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and CMR.
How long does shipment take?
Lead time depends on the products and quantities and is confirmed in the quotation.
